We want you to be completely enchanted by your Elizabeth Scarlett purchase, but if you're not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or monogrammed items are unique to you and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original protective pouches and shipping box, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
